Women of Visions Inc. is the longest running organization in the country for women of color artists. They are a Cultural Treasure! Thanks to Heinz Endowment and Arts Equity & Education Fund, Marcene had the pleasure of working with WOV in NYC, ArtHouse6, and Studio On7, as part of their 40th year activities and introspection defining their future vision.

The music is listened to best as an immersive experience in the space it was created for. That is available on request, as it is now a permanent audio installation.
Angela A'Court is an accomplished artist in New York City and England. Angela spent time in residency at ArtHouse6, exploring the industrial arts setting, especially inspired by the Center for Metal Arts blacksmith mills. She sketched there daily, and created work in the ArtHouse studios. She then continued creating a body of work from this inspiration, back at her studio in Brooklyn. That work was very well recieved and sold! Several of Angela's pieces are a valued part of the ArtHouse6 permanent collection.
Fashion designer Camillya Taylor, of Camille's House of Styles Salon and Boutique, with support from Soul Pitt, transformed the gallery into a runway for this fabulous show. The gallery exhibition is a retrospective of Camille's fashion lines.
This exhibition and event fit within Camille's larger project of community connections...She and Andrea Fulton (seen modeling here) coach young models, including going to New York Fashion week, and innovative collaborative sessions.
Camille writes for the fashion publication Soul Pitt, who mentors and supports the entrepreneurial fashion community.
Camille’s vision culminates into the first ever Johnstown Fashion Week, February 2023!
Hail & Warn electro-industrial demo. Original music created and performed by Niko and Darcy, as part of their investigative arts residency at ArtHouse6. This is the first phase of their collaborative interdisciplinary project Hail & Warn. A series of visual audio and performance sketches relate to the exploitative past and present of industrialism, mined from regional history. With a specificfocus on the less lethal munitions industry. Nico and Darcy use the shared language of pop music mythology to explore new forms of investigation and storytelling.
