These live-work spaces in ArtHouse6 pictured above are bedrooms and studios for: 

• artist, curator residencies
• writer, songwriter retreats
• support for partnering Arts organizations' instructor/administrators
• Night at the Art Gallery events

• The Suites on floor 3 (Oasis and Retreat) include private bathroom and kitchenette. 

Common rooms throughout the ArtHouse are shared, or occasionally reserved for artist meetings: 

 MG Studio On 7 is the partnering studio to ArtHouse6, just 3 blocks away. Comprising the top floor of 137 Clinton Street, the loft studio is nearly 3,000 square feet, with 360 degree scenic views, and fantastic lighting.

Studio On 7 is Marcene Glover's painting studio, and site for dynamic art making sessions, critiques, collaborative projects,  and musical video shoots. This vast industrial loft overlooking picturesque mountainsides dotted with mill roofs and steeples, is  a great backdrop for creative projects.

Entrance to the studio is through Flood City Cafe, on street level. The cafe is a welcoming artistic environment, with live entertainment, and community centered gatherings.

Only open by appointment.
